What are the fees for minting (onramp and offramp)?

The fee for minting, whether for onramp (deposit) or offramp (withdrawal), is set at 0.5% of the minted volume. This fee applies uniformly across all transactions.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount for minting?

No, there are no minimum or maximum amounts set for minting. You can mint any volume that fits your needs.

Are there any geographical restrictions for using the minting feature?

No, there are no geographical restrictions. As long as you have successfully completed our onboarding KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you can send funds to our account to mint tokens.

Can I track my minting transactions? If so, where on the dashboard can I find this information?

Yes, you can track your minting transactions. Our dashboard includes a detailed transaction history section with real-time status updates for each transaction. This feature allows you to view the progression of your minting transactions from start to finish.

Are there any verification requirements for using the minting feature?

No additional verification is required beyond the onboarding KYC completed at sign-up. Once your KYC is verified, you are eligible to use the minting feature without any further requirements.
